Return and Exchange Policy

At Elixirity Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please review the following information regarding our return and exchange policy:

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
  • Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  4. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your exchange request when contacting our customer service team.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item instead.
  • Any price difference between the exchanged items will be either refunded or charged accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may request photos or additional information to facilitate the return process.
